Registration Information

Advanced Registration

Advance registration closes with forms received by March 2, 2007. Registrations MUST be received no later than March 2 to allow time for processing. A confirmation, including a receipt, name badge, and meal/reception tickets (while available), will be mailed prior to the conference if you register before March 2. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Registration becomes effective only when payment is received. If you have not received your registration confirmation by March 12, call NCSM at (303) 758-9611.

Mail Conference Registration. Complete the form. Include a check or money order payable to NCSM (in U.S. funds) or credit card information. (Purchase orders are NOT accepted for registration or dues.). Return form and payment to:

Fax Conference Registration. Complete the form and include credit card information. (Faxed registrations must use credit card payments. Purchase orders are NOT accepted for registration or dues.) Fax form to: (303) 758-9616.

Registration Fees. Registration fees pay for facility rental, equipment, and printing costs, but NOT for sponsor-provided functions, conference bags, neck wallets, and conference mugs. NCSM sponsors supply these at no charge while seats/quantities last. Registration fees do not cover the cost to attend the NCTM Research Presessions, Exposition, or Annual Meeting sessions.

Late/On-Site Registration

If we do not receive your registration by March 2, you must register on-site in the Commons Café Lobby Area (Georgia World Congress Center, Building B, Level 3) beginning Monday, March 19 at 6:45AM. There is an additional $30 charge for late/on-site registration. Bring appropriate check, money order, cash, MasterCard, or Visa. Purchase orders are NOT accepted for registration or dues. It is very likely that the meals and/or receptions will already be full before on-site registration begins, so be prepared to make your own arrangements. The registration fee is not prorated in the event of partial attendance.

Membership

If your NCSM membership expires before 3/31/07 you must renew in order to register for the conference at the discounted member rate. Non-members and those whose membership has lapsed can register by either paying the non-member rate, which costs more and does not include dues, or by paying NCSM dues and registering at the lower member rate.
